Look at this pearl of abdominal ultrasound!

Siamese twin kidney in a completely healthy 5 year old cat. The referring vet palpated a large odd shaped kidney when the cat was in for vaccines. The kidneys were rotated 90° and fused with each other. Bloodwork and urine are normal and the cat is as happy as it gets.
